Founder
Kshitij Kokas trained as an engineer at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He spent over a decade leading businesses in entertainment and the agency world — from CAA to co-founding Matter Entertainment, growing it into a firm that closed $62M+ across streaming, licensing, and market-entry deals.
That combination is the point: he understands business and dealmaking first, which is exactly why he understands where the real operational problems sit. Kokasync Labs starts from the problem, not the technology. The long game is a firm that owns applied intelligence as craft — production systems, methodology, and leverage — as the early majority comes fully online.
