What is Kokasync Labs building toward?
A full-stack applied AI firm: production systems, productized methodology, and compounding leverage — not a body shop and not slideware. We start with fixed-scope pilots because proof is how trust is earned.
Do you only work with small businesses?
We work with operators who have real operational drag and a decision-maker. Many are SMBs; the craft scales to more complex organizations as the work earns depth. Fit matters more than a label.
How is this different from a wrapper or chatbot shop?
We optimize for systems embedded in operations with measurable outcomes and human control on material risk. Thin wrappers that die when the demo ends are not the business we are building.
What does Kokasync Labs do?
We build AI agents and business automations for small and mid-sized businesses, plus storytelling and brand films when the product is hard to explain. Primary focus is operational AI with fixed-scope engagements.
Who are you a good fit for?

How does pricing work?
Fixed scope: one deliverable, one number, agreed before building. Map is typically $1.5k–$4k (often credited into Pilot). Most single-workflow pilots land in the $8k–$28k range. Run is $2k–$8k/month after proof. Final quote after Map. See Services pricing.
How long does a pilot take?
Depends on the workflow and tool access, but pilots are time-boxed up front so you always know the finish line. We prioritize one real workflow over a vague multi-month exploration.
Do I need a big engineering team?
No. We build and integrate with you. You need a decision-maker, access to the tools involved, and someone who understands the current process.
Where does the AI run and what about our data?
We design around your systems and access policies. Specific hosting, vendors, and data handling are agreed per engagement. We do not treat data carelessly as a demo toy.
Will a human still be in the loop?
Yes on material decisions. Agents draft, execute, and escalate; people approve or handle exceptions where judgment, risk, or brand is on the line.
Do you offer storytelling without agents?
Yes. Storytelling and media work is available via our storytelling service and media.kokasync.com.
How fast do you reply?
